TRIVIALTEX began its activity producing polyamide 6.6 yarns. Progressive investments in texturing, twisting, dyeing and winding have transformed our company into a trusted supplier and a benchmark for quality in the supply of polyamide 6, polyamide 6.6 and polyester yarns to the textile market.

The company has accumulated technical experience over the years and remains focused on developing its capabilities to provide customers with innovative processes and yarn designs that meet their needs.

Our Sustainability Policy therefore incorporates principles of ethics, social responsibility and sound environmental practices into company management and economic and financial decision-making, turning these values into differentiating factors that strengthen our competitiveness.

Quality

  • Ensure the production of quality textile yarns, meeting established requirements with the aim of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards the continuous improvement of the organisation's performance, responding to the needs and expectations of customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously invest in equipment modernisation.
  • Promote continuous training for the workforce.

Environment

  • Commit to protecting the environment through the sustainable use of resources, climate-change mitigation and adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
  • Prevent pollution and minimise the significant environmental impacts identified.
  • Minimise the consumption of raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, water, energy and fuels, promoting their reduction, reuse and/or recycling whenever possible.
  • Eliminate or reduce the adverse effects of the chemicals used and, whenever possible, replace hazardous chemicals with less hazardous or non-hazardous alternatives.
  • Reduce waste generation, atmospheric emissions and noise as far as possible.
  • Raise awareness and train employees in environmental protection, the rational use of resources and sustainability.
  • Periodically review environmental objectives with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Meet all compliance obligations, including legal requirements and other requirements applicable to the company.
  • Continuously improve processes, products and services by adopting environmentally responsible practices.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • Comply with occupational health and safety standards and provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Prevent injuries and harm to employees' health, eliminate hazards and minimise occupational health and safety risks.
  • Develop the individual skills of the team so that each person can properly fulfil their safety responsibilities.
  • Promote employee consultation, participation, communication and involvement in occupational health and safety matters.
  • Set objectives and promote continuous improvement in occupational health and safety.

Social Responsibility

  • Child Labour: the company does not use or permit child labour, meaning work performed by persons under 16 years of age.
  • Forced and Compulsory Labour: the company does not use or permit forced or compulsory labour through physical coercion, threats or other forced methods, nor does it exert pressure or retain identity documents.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: the company provides employees with a safe and healthy working environment and promotes compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.
  • Freedom of Association: the company recognises and respects employees' right to freedom of association and representation, in accordance with their freely expressed wishes and without pressure.
  • Non-Discrimination: the company rejects discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, sex, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, social or ethnic origin, political affiliation or religion.
  • Disciplinary Practices: the company safeguards employees' dignity and rejects physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse or harassment.
  • Working Hours: the company ensures compliance with working-hour requirements and the payment of overtime in accordance with applicable legislation, and encourages suppliers and subcontractors to comply with current legal requirements.
  • Remuneration: the company recognises that wages are essential to meeting basic needs, ensures all legally established remuneration and requires fair remuneration from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Comply with national and international legislation and regulations applicable to the activity, including the conventions of the International Labour Organization and the United Nations, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  • Local Community: support social, educational and environmental initiatives promoted internally or in partnership with external institutions, contributing to a fairer society and closer ties with the community.
  • Ethics: the company rejects all acts of corruption, extortion, bribery, fraud or forgery, guiding its conduct by values of respect, rigour and legal compliance.
